Default Can't get hid's to work

I have a 2010 charger that I am truing to hook up hid lights to but can't get them to work, is their anything special that I need to do?(I already have the resistors or cancelers)

reverse the connection i did that an now have NO problems..

There are different kits out there. I would first try the manufacturer. You can post up here as well, but let us know what kits you have and how you have it hooked up. This way someone can chime in with better details for you.

I have the hidextra kit with the capacitor, hooked it up just like my 09 ram.
Tried them on a different vehicle just to verify that they worked( and they did) so I know it's not the lights them self.

Since Hidextra is one our vendors (most active ones at that too), I would send them a PM from here. Not sure if they are open on weekends, but I bet they will respond pretty quickly.

Let us know what they say for future searchers.
