Struts already?
Lower radius tension arm. if you look under the car, you will see 2 control arm connects the subframe to the knuckle, the Front one is called a radius arm or tension strut arm. Just wack it with a rubber mallet, you will hear the clunk over bump.
when the car is parked an i push down on the fender i hear the creaks, when im driving i hit small ripples in the road i hear it.. when i approach a light an i stop an let the cars weight all shift to the front i hear it..

If the ball joints and Tension arm seems OK, then it could be the strut. Upper Ball joint goes out on these cars too. I am just saying Strut failure rate on Charger/magnum/300 are fairly low. Not saying they can't fail.
You really just have to go under the car and push and pull on all the ball joints.
Also, Is ur car All-wheel-drive?

I googled this picture.

Just grab on the tension arm and yank it up and down., or hit it with a rubber hammer.
It is better to test it with Wheel Off Ground. So jack stand might be better than a rhino ramp.
