Default Ok, really weird issue happened

Today, I was running "emergent" as my title employs I'm a rural paramedic running first response to a scene. And handled the call. When I got back into my charger to turn to go home, my fuel sensor and spedo went dead in my instrument cluster. My brake light remained on even after disengaging the pedal, my radio went dead, my traction light (BAS) was on and my airbag light was also on. I shut the car off and turned it back on. Still no change. I drive it for 3 or 4 miles to try and get back towards civilization to get to an ORiley's and I lost my throttle. The car didn't die, I just lost all throttle response. I was able to pull the car over and shut it off. When I went to restart it, it wouldn't let me shift it out of park. Long story short I found a fuse that powered my instrument cluster and apparently some form of PCM power that had shorted out (5Amp). I replaced the fuse and viola! It's fixed and working again. I get home and pull the codes and they are as follows:

P0571
P0121
P0463
U1110
U1120
P2068

What in the world happened to my car to blow a 5 amp fuse?? Should I just clear the codes and drive like nothing happened? Or should I take it in and get it looked at?

What socket number was the fuse in. Under the hood or in the trunk?

It was located in the trunk socket #28 or 29
