Default dodge charger error code P0507

Recently changed the spark plugs on my 2006 charger 6cyl 3.5L. Had to disconnect a lot of wiring harnesses and hoses from the engine cover just to get to the spark plugs. After putting everything back together and thinking I was in the clear the red and black tabs on the throttle body wiring harness snapped off. The harness is in but now I can no longer remove it from the throttle body. After driving the vehicle the check engine light, ETC (engine throttle control) light, and ESP light come on. The error code is p0507 which could be caused by 1. vacuum leak on engine 2. dirty throttle body 3. IAC motor defective 4. Poor electrical connection to the IAC valve. I checked the IAC connections and I don't think that's the problem so I think the issue is with the wiring harness that broke off or possibly a vacuum leak on the engine because I had a hard time getting that back in as well. I don't have the money to take the car to a dealership and can't find the throttle body wiring harness online (nor could I install it). Could anyone give me a solution for my harness problem?

Dale,

Here is the theory of operation for that code with possible causes. See below.

P0507-IDLE SPEED PERFORMANCE HIGHER THAN EXPECTED

Theory of Operation

The objective of the Idle Speed Rationality monitor is to evaluate the ability of the idle speed control system to achieve and maintain a steady idle, by monitoring engine RPM during idle. If engine RPM is not within a calibrated deadband of target idle speed, a timer is started. If the timer reaches a maximum threshold without any sign of the RPM trending towards control, a fault is generated.
  • When Monitored: With the engine idling in drive, the brake applied, MAF below 250 mg/tdc, air temp above -17.8° C (0° F), coolant temp is above 70° C (158° F), Evap purge below 100% duty cycle, and no VSS, MAF/MAP, ECT, TPS, ETC, CKP Sensor, fuel system, or injector DTCs present.
  • Set Condition: Engine speed is 200 RPM or more above target idle speed for 30 seconds. Two Trip Fault. Three good trips to turn off the MIL.

Possible Causes

PCV SYSTEM LEAKS OR RESTRICTIONS
PCV VALVE STICKING OR STUCK OPEN
ENGINE VACUUM LEAKS
POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE (PCM)
