Default 7 Error Codes on 07 Dodge Charger SXT

I have a 2007 Dodge Charger SXT and my check engine light came on when I started the car. I have not noticed anything wrong with it prior or after the check engine light came on. The only mishap I had recently was I left my keys in the ignition overnight and drained my battery where I needed a jump.

O'Riley checked the error codes for me and the gadget returned these:

U1411-IMPLAUSIBLE FUEL VOLUME SIGNAL RECEIVED
U110C-LOST FUEL LEVEL MESSAGE
U0141-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH IPM (FCM/TIPM)
U1403-IMPLAUSIBLE FUEL LEVEL SIGNAL RECEIVED
U110E-LOST AMBIENT TEMPERATURE MESSAGE
U110F-LOST FUEL VOLUME MESSAGE
U0103-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH ELECTRIC GEAR SHIFT MODULE

What would cause all this and can I fix this on my own or do I need to take it to a mechanic/dealership?

Thanks!

Steve,

Did this all happen right after the dead battery incident? You say all is working fine now? Gauges included? If it did happen right after the dead battery incident you may want to just have the codes re-set and see if they come back. If they do I would suggest a visit to the dealer or your mechanic for further investigation.

Yes, all gauges are working fine. Not a thing different except for the check engine light being on.

I will see if I can figure out how to get the code re-set. I've never done this.

Thank you

Whoever check them for you should be able to clear them.
