Default First time poster need help with stuttering/jerking during decel

Hi everyone,
I will freely admit im not a great car guy and seeing how knowledgeable you guys are here, I though i might get some help.
I am having some trouble with my charger and need some help.
I already took my charger to the dealer and paid $400 and the issue is still not fixed.

Car= 2009 Charger 3.5L V6

Issue = The check engine light is in. The traction control/assist light is in.
At low speeds, the car seems ok...but when i get to higher speeds (40mph and up), a few things happen.
If I keep the throttle steady with my foot, the car drives fine. But as soon as i start to slowly let off the throttle to slow down, the car starts stuttering and jerking. If I let go of the gas completely and take my foot off..it stops the stuterring/jerking and just slows down on its own. When I try to accelerate again..sometimes its hesitant and isnt as responsive thought it doesnt seem to start stuttering/jerking until i then start letting go of the gas slowly again.

I took it to dealer. They looked at the engine code and said it can be a few things. They checked the timing and said the timing is spot on and great (so im happy that its not the timing belt...hopefully). So they replaced 2 sensors (crank shaft..and another). Still the same issue and charged me 400 for the labor.
They said, the next thing to try and what they suspect is it might be a bad PCM.

Does that sound right to you guys? I dont want to pay another 400 bucks on another guess on their part. Can a faulty PCM cause the symptoms I described?
What else can it be? Something with cruise control? TPS?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Aj

Did they indicate what the codes were? Is there another dealership in your area? If so I might get a second opinion. They are suggesting some pretty expensive repairs to just throw parts at the problem if you ask me.
