It's difficult to modify a 2.7 displacement on a 4,000 lbs. sedan. Unfortunately a chip of any sort is going to make significant gains, especially anything noticable.

Hand held tuners work great when performing custom tunes, or data logging, but that market is limited to a 3.5 (V6), 5.7, 6.1, and 6.4, with regards to the Hemi. The RT exhaust if rather restrictive, but can be modified, you'd likely spend simular time and money having someone custom bend pipes for you.

Not trying to diminish your hopes, but chipping, exhaust, CAI, are very misleading claims, and I've seen to many people get burned spending hard earned money with no results, except a little more sound. I'm not even sure an aspirated route would make a big impact, and those too would be a limited market for a 2.7 V6.
