Default 2008 Charger Alarm/Eletric Issues

I have a 2008 Charger and I have had some issues since I've gotten the car. 1st I have an issue with the communication with the Fob and the ignition. When I turn off the key it kills all the lights but the radio remains on even with the door open and it does not let me use the Fob to lock/unlock the doors, also I have to lock them manually. Usually by the morning somehow it all works again. I took it back to the dealer and obviously it does not show these issues around the mechanic. 2nd the factory alarm more recently now starts going off when I press the unlock button on the fob, I can still access the car with the manual key and start and drive the car, and within 10min the alarm goes off, but if I get out and use the fob again the same issue occurs. I am not sure if this is an electrical issue or if I can manually reset the cars alarm system? I have a full warranty on the car, but every time I have taken the car to have these issues fixed it never shows to the mechanics and they tell me that there is no issue. Has anyone has anyone else had these issues?

Also some days the vehicle works just fine, but more recently these issues have been happening more recently with the heat from summer, I'm at a loss.
