2010 Dodge Charger

Hello, my wife owns a 2010 Dodge Charger and this morning the engine light came on. I checked all the fluid levels and everything seems fine there. Where can I get a list of the 2010 Dodge Charger error codes? If I turn the ignition on-off-on, will that display the code?
