Default Bluetooth problems, super bee

Hey everyone,

I have a 2012 super bee charger. The hands free/ Bluetooth has worked fine until the other day when I got in it and it's like there was no device recognized. I assumed there had been a pairing issue so when I pressed the settings button, scrolled to the phone/ device pairing option, the screen highlights the topic and then freezes... Everytime... It never goes to the next step to pair a device. I'm stumped, uconnect is up to date and I've even called uconnect support. All other options/ buttons work. Didn't know if anyone else has had this issue... Any advice is much appreciated!!!

Scottieannmoore,

Have you done an update to your phone recently? That may be causing your concerns. If not you may want to have it looked at by a Dodge dealer.

Let me know if you have any questions.

a lot of times when a system has been working and has stopped working or has issues, then rebooting the phone usually helps.
A reboot is not simply turning it off and back on. On phones where the battery can be accessed, remove it for a few minutes then reinsert it, then try using it with Uconnect.
On iPhones, you'll need to hold down the power and home buttons till the apple comes on screen, then release them. The phone will now reboot.
On some phones, the battery can't be accessed, so you have to perform a hard reset and this is done in the settings menu.

Hope this helps. It usually does.
