hmm ihave seen a 300c on 24s and on air but not too sure about a charger, it would look sic though with some 24s but i'm sure your tire would be small as hell and expensive try ekstensive.com you might find some info there or give them a call they are the ones with the 300 on 24s.

24's will fit on a 300C/Magnum/Charger
However, I would not go that high as you are severely limiting your capacity to turn your vehicle as well as your handling capabilities. Personally I would go with 22" wheels and look at a very minor lowering of maybe an inch or two.
