The damn kids jammed the filler neck full of rocks and now I can't put gas in the tank without it spewing back out after a few seconds... it's become worse. For a while I could gas it up, it just took forever. But now it seems as though we are at 99% blockage.

Do I have to drop the entire tank to clear out the line?
