Default Help... '08 Charger RT 5.7 RWD Eco shift problems!!

Need help.. was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Any time car shifts into "eco-mode" you can feel a "shift" followed by a bogging down of the motor, in other words feels completely sluggish. Change in sound & vibration felt in gas pedal as well as steering wheel. Took to dealership, they said it's normal, nothing that can be done, a software issue. I was told that due to the age of car & mileage (78,430 miles) it was normal. This cannot be ok, has anyone else had this issue? Was there a fix? Frustrating as I have warranty up to 100k miles, bumper to bumper!! It's horrible driving around like this! Help!!

eco-mode severely "de-tunes" the motor, so, yeah, probably normal. Don't use eco-tune.

Negative.. was told it's a software issue.. nothing in manual to shut off eco-mode.. just happens automatically...

How do you know when this eco-mode occurs? Is there a message in the cluster?

What eco mode? Are you talking about when MDS kicks in?
