Default Idiot lights and gauges problem

Hello dodge owners, My 2006 charger idiot lights, all of them,
come on momentarily while driving at night or day. It happens once in a while. The gauge idiot lights and gauge needles momentarily drop off then come back. The headlights or gauge lights do not dim or go out at all. It's like the dash cluster is losing power or ground momentarily. Is there a relay behind the dash cluster that could cause this??? Or is the alt starting to go??? The battery is new and connections tight. Anyone have any experience with this? thanks for your knowledge.

Default But wait there's more....

The problem happens when the heater fan is turned on. When the heater is off the problem does not take place.
