Yet another Dodge Cruise Control issue

Yet another Dodge Cruise Control issue
Vehicle: Late 2008 Dodge Charger SXT 3.5 V6
Symptom:
Cruise Control turns on while vehicle is in all gears and break on under 5mph.
Cruise Control turns off while over 5mph and will not be able to turn back on until speed drops below 5mph.
Troubleshooting so far:
There are no vacuum or servo or fuse for Cruise Control on this car so visual inspection is limited.
Inspected CC switch.
Inspected Brake switch.
Research has lead to possible culprits being: PCM not communicating to the CC switch, faulty switch, faulty break switch, ABS or other sensors being faulty.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Have you had this problem? How did you solve it? Have you repaired this problem? What did you do?
