Installing halo projector led headlights on a 2008 dodge charger.

Im trying to install halo projector headlights on my charger and high beam wont light up and halo wont light up either on the high beam. Where is the running light wire located.

If you don't have a wiring diagram, you will have to trace the wires and use a multimeter to figure out which ones power what.
