No power mirrors, bright lights, blinkers, horn, cruise control

Nothing on my steering wheel or my power mirrors are working. 2008 Dodge Charger. Replaced the clock spring (properly) replaced the switch. Checked every fuse. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
