Default 2007 Charger roof leaking

After a heavy rain, I'm getting water in the back seat foot wells. The windows, doors and sunroof all seal up tight. Using a hose to wet the roof, I found water running in from the driver side rear passenger light/hand hold. I suspect the roof channel rubber seal is dry rotted.
This is the only place I can find leaking. The water was inches deep in my rear floor, and the foam under the rugs sucked water to the passenger side also. While removing the seats and rugs dried the car out, I don't want to be doing this every time it rains. Does anybody know how to replace that roof seal, how much of a job it is, or have any ideas what else might be leaking? Thanks
