My daughter's '06 charger is going to need a new engine or a rebuild after (we're pretty sure) she got an oil change and they ran it without oil and gave it back with a serious knock that was (we are sure) not there before the oil change. And... we have an '01 300m that has other issues but a solid engine when we parked it about a year ago. They are both 2.7L engines. Does anyone know if this would be a possible fit and what issues we might have with swapping them out? Thank you, Carl

 

You would think they would just swap out. Not sure when and how the 2.7 changed over those 5 years though.
