Default 2015 Dodge Charger

just picked this car up 2/11/17 and a day later it's having problems starting up. Half the time I have to push the start up button twice.took it to the dealers, they replaced the pcm and still having the same problem...not sure where to go from here

Default In service now

Its at the dealer getting serviced now and there running a bunch of test on it and just cannot seem to find the problem at all...Now I'm in a rental which I do appreciate but at this point I just want myncar fixed and get back on the road....good thing it's under full warranty ...what's the next step if they just can fixed the issue????

Go up the chain of command at the dealer.

How's your battery? Does it start right up after you've run the car and it's warm?
