Do tuners really increase horsepower for these cars? Like the DiabloSport Trinity T-1000.

Also, there is a mod that plugs into the obd2 that unlocks the performance page on the uconnect, any experience with this type of mod?

Tuners do add HP. But, the biggest benefit is that they modify the shift points in automatics. Don't expect mileage increases though.

 

We drove a V8 charger and the only difference we could really feel was in the 0 - 30mph range range. After that they both feel very powerful.

We are not displeased with the V6 performance at all.

However there is no harm with these tuners are there? Will it void my warranty?

 

You will need to return it to stock if you take it in for any work.

 

What kind of gains in rear wheel horsepower can i expect on the v6 with a tune?
