Default Radio and A/C not working

So one day the backlight on my radio stopped working then shortly after my a/c stopped working. Once the a/c stopped working my heater defroster came on. None of the ***** are working so I can't turn it off nor can I turn on the a/c or control the radio. I took it to one shop and was told the fuse was blown so they replaced it and it started working again. I got 10 minutes up the road and everything went out again. Took it to another shop they had the car for a week and a half and could not find the issue.

What year? What engine? How many miles? What radio? What size screen? More vehicle info is required.

Hi Dodge Guy90,

2013. V-6. Radio works but the backlight doesn't so no touch screen. ***** and buttons don't work. I was told that the a/c and the radio were on the same circuit since I can control the a/c with the touch screen

Try disconnecting the battery for a bit. Reset everything. As far as fee, if you are not under warranty, the dealer normally charges an hours labor just to get it in and look at it. Labor rates vary by location.
