HELP Please!!!
I have a 2012 charger. It's been having issues and it's been in the shop 6 times and I am still not getting a straight answer to what is happening. It's happened 5 times where I'll be driving and it puts itself in neutral and I lose all power. I sit on the side of the road for 30-45 minutes until it starts back up. 3 times I was on the hwy going 65 it dings says car is in neutral it won't let me push the button and take it out of run to off and won't go into park right away either.
2 times it's been when I gave it gas to get up on the hwy I gave it gas to get up and go it stalled out. The first time they changed out the PCM and a week later it did the very same thing it's been doing. I've had this issue since March the longest time they had my car was 27 just to pick it up and have them say they can't reenact it. They are saying now it maybe the C can communicator but don't know for sure and wouldn't give me a price for it.
I have 1 payment left and have never had an issue in over 5 years until now. Has anyone else had this issue? It's been to 2 dodge dealerships and they don't know the deal is I've had 2 case mangers on it as well and I have not gotten a straight answer to what is wrong with my vehicle. It's pretty scary to drive it now bc you never know when it's going to happens. It's happened going 65 and 40. There is no pattern!! Just that it dings saying car is not in gear, goes from drive to neutral, can't push the brake down can't put the car in park away.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Do you currently have one of those cases open with Customer Care?
