Interior lights won't work
Hello there guys!
So I just picked up my new Charger R/T Premium 2017 from the dealer couple weeks ago. Every thing was working profoundly fine, I like the car and all the awesome features it has. Last night I dropped my phone in between the seat and the console box (happens all the time), so I had to turn the reading lights (or whatever it's called) the ones just next to the sunglass holder, and they weren't working. Yet when I open the doors or scroll the little roller on the left side of the steering wheel all the way up, the lights work just fine (but all together). I figured out that all the lights (even the ones in the back cabin) don't work by pushing the on/off buttons linked to each, yet they work (all together) when the door is opened or the interior lighting roller is all the way up.
So should I go directly to the dealer (as I have a 3 years warranty included in the contract)? or is there any simple thing that I could try before doing so? for example disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to reboot the system?
