Default Fuel level hell

So I have a 2010 SXT , 85k miles and 3.5 HO. I have had a issue with the fuel level gauge. So the IPC shows the fuel level fine until it gets to about 50%. Then the level becomes irratic. it will show 45%, then after driving for a few more miles it will drop down and say empty and pop the fuel light on. and if I just ignore it and keep driving it will come back up slowley to 45 or 35%.

SOOOOOOOo I replaced both the pumps and sender assemblys. Still doing it. I check the IPC threw the self check and all the gauges move fine threw there sets of 100% 75% 50% 0%.

so I'm a dad bit confused and could use some input. is there a bad ground someonewhere?
