Default 2011 5.7 Idling rough after cam and lifter replacement

I picked up a 2011 5.7 charger at a police auction for next to nothing. I knew it had a couple issues when I bought so no big deal. Turns out it had a bad lifter and the lobe on the cam had been significantly worn down. I tore it all down to replace the cam, lifter, and pushrod. I made sure when I pulled the cam that the crank was at TDC on piston 1 and the cam was at 12'o clock. There happened to be a nice little paint marker on the cam sprocket from the factory that made it easy to line up. I put the cam back exactly like it was when I took the bad one out and the crank never turned so I know timing is good. I also ran the crank around by hand many times to make sure everything looked good. I put everything back together and started it up yesterday but it is a very rough idle. I am at a loss. If anyone has any suggestions on what I might check I would greatly appreciate it.
