Default laptop connected to charger

Is there a way to hook up your Laptop to your car(charger in this case)

That would show everything about the car(oil pressure, engine heat...everything)(for tuning to)

I know you need software, but what kind, and how do you hook your laptop up

Yes there is. You will need a PCCard that has a CAN bus interface. I use one at work, but not sure where they got it. I will check and get back to you. Not sure if the software is available for purchase though.

Autotap has ODB2 / CAN software available. The OBD2 seems to work fine on my Charger R/T.

This is a USB to CAN bus

I use a CANoe PC card made by Vector, but I think this is more than what you want, and is pretty expensive, in the 9K range.
