Default Everything at once

I've got a 2008 Dodge Charger 3.5L SE. I was changing out the radiator and cooling shroud. All was going well until I was adding coolant, I had an air bubble and some of it had spilled. While the car was running everything was fine. I turned the car off, and started putting the front bumper on. I went to turn the car on to turn the wheels the opposite way, for better access and I was hit with the following codes.

For the record: my car grumbles around 1.5K RPM, but that stops above 2K RPM. And occasionally, when I turn the key it takes the starter 3 or 4 tries to turn over the engine.

Back to present day, I try to turn the car over, and it tried to run over and fails, but I hear the crackling of electricity. I check the battery, getting 12.47 Volts, in the hood terminal and direct from the battery. Once again try to turn over the engine, it tries to turn over, fails- the headlight and cabin lights do not dim when I try to start the car.

I hook up the car to another, and viola, it turns on just fine; however, I get hit with the following codes:

b1b8e - drivers seat track position sensor circuit high
b1b0a - Passenger Air Bag Squib 1 Circuit Open
b1b0e - Passenger Air Bag Squib 2 Circuit Open
b1c49 - 1st Row Passenger Retractor Pretensioner Circuit Open
b1c3a - First Row Driver Retractor Pretensioner Circuit Open
b1b8f - Driver Seat Track Position Sensor Circuit Open
b1b07 - Driver Air Bag Squib 2 Circuit Shorted Together
b1b03 - Driver Air Bag Squib 1 Circuit Shorted Together
c121c - Torque Request Signal Denied
p0562 - System Voltage Low

Does anyone have any idea what in the name of Dodge is going on? Any tips on where to start, what to do?

Helpful insight and advice highly appreciated.
