Fog light issue?

I drive a 2016 Dodge charger SE. I had fog lamps installed a few months back and only recently I’ve noticed the left fog lamp is shining lower than the right one. Is this normal? Can i adjust/fix this? Any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks!

There is an attatchment below. That picture was taken from a few feet away so the gap looks small, but at a longer distance there is a huge difference.

Are they factory? Take it back to whoever installed them and ask them if they can adjust them or show you how to.

Good luck, my Dodge dealer cant even center the steering wheel on my brand new Charger. They had 2 cracks at it and they blame the "crown on the road" LOL.
