Default How many foot pounds do I need to torque

I'm currently about to replace front struts, rear shocks and break pads on my 2009 (AWD) but I'm not sure how many foot pounds I need to torque everything when I go to put it all back together. Anything helps

Just get them good and tight. After about a week of driving, go back and check to make sure they are still tight. I've never used a torque wrench in all my 40+ years of working on cars. Never had a problem.
