Hi,I’m new here and can use some help. I recently purchased a 2010 Charger pursuit with the 5.7 Hemi. My issue is the horn won’t sound when pushing the steering wheel horn pad. I know the horns are functional because they sound when locking the doors with the remote key fob. I tested continuity on the horn pad and it’s good. I know police departments mute the horns some way but I don’t know how to reverse it. All of the emergency lights sirens and wiring were removed prior to me buying it. The PTIM was also removed. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
