Default Wiring problem

I recently took my 2.7 2007 dodge charger to a shop where its wiring was to be repaired, but my battery died the day i got it back. i replaced the alternator and battery but it still had only 12.6v when running. so i looked at the fuse box and noticed that my rear fuse #14 was the cause of my parasitic draw.. so i the thought i could fix the problem later and just take out the fuse because i already checked the wire for and bad spots, but when i left it unplugged my car would fully turn of when i took the key out of on or start. i believe that the wiring in the fuse box is disorganized. I believe all i need is a picture or diagram of the correct connections. Can anyone help?

You clan try googling for one. Or buy a factory service manual.
