ParkView Rear Backup Camera Not Showing On Screen

ParkView Rear Backup Camera Not Showing On Screen
The backup camera on my charger stopped working. Car only has 600 miles. Bought it not even two weeks ago.
I washed the car today and when I went to back up, the side view mirrors tilt down but the backup image doesn't show on the screen. As if the camera is not realizing that the car has been placed in reverse. The screen doesn't go blank, it just stays on whatever it was. I'm taking it to the dealer for a weird rattling noise I'm hearing when the car is first turned on and when accelerating from a stop. So I'll have them also check to see what the problem is with the backup camera.
Just thought I'd post about here to see if somebody has also experienced this issue. Didn't think I would be having any problems with a brand new vehicle.

This morning when leaving for work it worked as normal. It was very weird though hoq yesterday after washing the car it wouldn't work though.
