heat problem

Default heat problem

i have a dodge charger 3.6L SE 2012
last week i changed the oil cooler then after that i got more heat when i increase the speed on highway and inside city very normal and heat came to normal level
i changed the oil cooler again and the same problem still
example: when speed 120km/h the coolant temperature was 109 Celsius
when the speed 90 to 80 km/h the coolant temperature was 96 celsius

any help please because this is very weird

Doing the same things over and over and getting the same result is the definition of........Although the oil cooler assists in maintaining proper engine temps, the bulk of engine cooling comes from the actual cooling system (radiator, water pump, thermostat, etc). Have you checked any of those things?

Radiator is new almost not more than 6 months
Thermostat they checked also no problem
water pump i will check it but water pump can work inside city and doesnt work on highway?

i mean that malfunction of water pump can sometimes work and sometimes not work ?
