Can you buy a hood scope from dodge dealer for the charger. I love the hood scope and i am trying to get one. Help guys.

 

you mean the shaker hood like the old ones?

 

if you mean the SRT8 hood scoop isn't that functional and actually a part of the hood?

 

I agree w/ Nickoman. In the SRT8 it is integrated into the hood. I suspect, you'd need to buy a hood, as if a SRT8 had been wrecked.

I bet the aftermarket will be all over hood options for the Charger, including a Shaker version, you may wish to hold tight a bit.

Also, the SRT8 scoop appears to be more of a "heat extractor" than a ram air induction system...unless you call cooling the valvecovers functional air scoop?? Was disappoinitng for me.

I do agree though, it add some menacing presence to the ole Charger.
