2010 Dodge Charger SXT - No electrical problems in the past. Turn signals; wipers/washer; High Beams; Horn failed simultaneously. "Multi-function Switch" on steering column replaced with no luck. Teeth on airbag clock spring ground in several places and piece that sticks out well above the others (Turn signal cancel key?) broken off. Can't afford labor cost to have local dealership do the "try this, try that" routine. I am a disabled Paramedic (LLODI) and this is the only vehicle I have access to that I can safely ride in. Help!
