07 charger no turn signals, wipers or high beams
I think that is because the right rear wheel bearing is going out which typically destroys the ABS sensor and tone wheel.
I've got the same car with the ABS ESP Traction control lights limp mode as well and what works is I have to turn the headlights on as soon as I start it. No joke been doing this for 50,000 miles. If I forget to turn on the lights... I get warning lights. I'm sure mine is a wiring issue but worth a try. Good luck!

When I looked at the front sensor, there was no doubt it was bad. It was missing 4" of the connector to the body plug including the plug! I had it scanned at Oreillys to see which ones were bad. I grabbed a couple of used ones from the salvage yard. Need to get them installed. I think everything will reset once they're all working. We'll find out.
Replaced both wheel speed sensors. It fixed the front since it was obviously the problem. Replacing the rear sensor did nothing. Still had all the lights. Took to shop, they said you have a ton of electrical problems. $100/hr and we'll go from there. I said no way. Checked on tone rings. Normally they are not available without buying a whole axle. But, they are available online for $15 each or $40 for both. If you live in a rust prone area, buy all 4 because they delaminate and cause this error. They are just a thin metal ring with a molded plastic coating it. Internally there are thin magnets or metal slivers. If the wheel bearing goes out, it will wipe these out. They are hidden in the hub and hard to inspect. You can check them by rotating the wheel 1 turn/second. With a voltmeter connected to the sensor, it should generate .45v as you rotate the wheel. If it doesn't, the tone ring is bad.
On the headlights issue, there are several things to check. There are 2 fuses in the rear fuse box, #5 & #30. They are not labeled as headlights. #30 feeds #5. #5 feeds the Front Control Module that controls the lights. There are several fuses that feed it.
in the front fuse box, there are 2 more fuses, #25 & #27. These are slow blow fuses. You'll have to use a voltmeter to check them. 3 other items are the Front Control Module, Headlight switch & the Multi-Fuction switch in the steering wheel.
In my situation, I had a blown #5 fue in the rear, missing #27 fuse in the front and the Multi-Function switch was bad also. You never know what can happen. The fuses were caused by the previous owner/mechanic jacking up a lot of things.

The 06-08 are known for having definite electrical malfunctions... the wiring is definitely malfunctioning somewhere. The localized problems are a clear indictor of this issue. While not a horribly difficult fix, this may be a sign of more issues to come. Failing window motors are close behind...
