Hi,I have a 2008 Dodge Charger had the Win Module recall done almost 4 years ago now the car is only getting the solid red security light and the doors open light plus the door chime the windows,wipers power locks dont work.I have changed the Tipm,unplugged the PCM got no dash lights stilp and still same issue.Both My Key faabs are are working to unlock and the doors,open the trunk and when I lock the doors the horn goes off as if its setting the alarm.Today I pulled the IOD fuse and the panic alarm wont go off now with the IOD fuse either in or out of the car so disconnected the battery.Can someone help and 1st how to I stop the panic alarm to stop besides disconnecting the battery and do you think it's the Win even though the keys are still working except to shut off the Panic alarm.Please Help Stuck in Tennessee.
