i have a 2016 dodge charger. went out to start car and just cranks.. so i tried to put it in neutral to move it out of garage and now shifter is locked in park.. i know the shifter trick to move car but will not start and shifter wont move... someone said its a bcm. all fuses and relays are good... any help would be great

 

pretty sure that trans won't go into neutral without the engine running...hense the park release teather.

crank no start diag starts with checking for codes.
if no codes...check fuel pressure...or spray a 4 second shot of brake cleaner into the throttle body...if it starts briefly...you have a fuel problem.

can you hear the fuel pump run for 2 seconds when the key/button is turned to run/start.
