Default Anti theft

Hi, need some help with a situation..have a 2007 Dodge Charger that we bought about 6 months ago. Had to change the ignition actuator now the anti theft system enabled and won’t recognize the key, car won’t start but accessories can turn on. How to fix this since the car can’t be driven now and don’t have a trailer to haul to the dealership? Only have one key from previous owner as well..

Might try calling a locksmith and see if they can reprogram the key to the new ignition actuator.
