will 2006 charger run without factory radio (no radio) at all I keep hearing about pci bus runs through radio

 

It's CAN bus, not PCI bus. Yes, it will run without the radio; head unit is not vital to the running of the vehicle that year. You will get at least one lost communication code once you energize the bus (turn key on).
