Default Charger Wheels to Brake Fitment

Looking at buying some used non-fleet Dodge Chargers:
2013 R/T AWD
2014 R/T AWD
2015 SE AWD
2016 SXT AWD

According to Tire Rack, they all appear to be running P235/55R-19" tires, and all from pictures are on OEM aluminium 19" wheels.

I want to know if I can order and have installed by my Fleet Manager the OEM steel Pursuit 18" wheels on these units, or would this hit the brake system on these street vehicles? I remember hearing on this once, but I don't recall what the technicians advised.

**Also we're keeping the stock OEM aluminium wheels and mounting studded Goodyear Winter Command tires on all these cars, for now.

Thank you.
