Question 2007 Charger Check Engine light not working

Hello all, i own a small dealership in Arizona and just picked up a 2007 Dodge Charger 5.7l Hemi (150k miles). I usually do most of the mechanical work myself but this one has me stumped. It looks like the CIL, TPMS and ABS light don't come on when ignition is turned on...it does have a few codes for a misfire and does ding once like it should when the CIL is turned on...i pulled the cluster and made sure everything was connected properly and receiving power, the car dings if they are not all plugged in so im assuming everything is getting a good connection. could this be a faulty cluster or could it be a faulty TIPM? Any help would greatly be appreciated!
