Red face No Bus

No Bus was displayed on my 2006 Charger, I knew why, my Charger caught on fire due to a faulty alternator from a national auto repair store. Now I'm left with having to rewire the entire thing, cut and splice, order a new pcm/ecm, new alternator obviously, along with other parts pertaining to that area under the hood. I hope and pray that it'll turn over and be drivable once complete. My concern is: what else is there? What else can I do, what do I need to ensure besides the parts and repairs that I mentioned in order to get it up and running? I'm technically a newbie at servicing DODGE so any advice would help me out a lot. Thanks
