Default Motor swap

I have an 07 charger R/T 5.7 hemi awd that I blew motor up, found a 08 jeep Cherokee 5.7 hemi awd can I use motor out of jeep?

Yes, but there will probably be a few minor differences. You will need your oil pan and you may need to use your sensors, there was a CAN bus change in the LX platform for 2008 but I can't remember if it happened in the Jeep that year or in 2009; in that case there would be minor harness differences.
