Default Oil pan replacement and what is this part?

Any help you all can offer would be great!

My son bottomed out his 06 Charger. The damage smashed the oil plan. However, there is a part beneath the oil pan that bent and caused the pan to break. It looks like it might be a part of the steering. I labeled it in the pic #1. I don't know what that part is. There is also a broken attachment piece I labeled #3.

Heck, maybe you see something I don't?

Aside from needing to know what the parts are. Do you think I would be able to replace these parts at home? My mechanical experience doesn't extend past rebuilding my Jeeps.

I know this was probably super vague. I'm sorry for that. Any help you could offer would be great.
Thank you!
