Default Possible water damage

On the way to work I had no choice to drive through a 4-6 inch puddle. There was way to get out of the traffic and no where to pull over. I went through the puddle under 5 mph. Now the car runs fine just feels a little bit off. I’ve turned it on and off and let it idle. Didn’t stall or give resistance. Any ideas on what this could be.

It's a good sign that your car seems to be running fine after the encounter. However, the feeling that something's a bit off could be related to water splashing into certain components. I'd recommend keeping an eye on it and listening for any unusual sounds. If you notice anything more concerning, it might be a good idea to have a mechanic take a look, just to be safe.I'm currently dealing with mold issues, and my friend suggested I check out mold remediation options at https://www.ssrestore.com/mold-remediation-san-diego/. Have you heard of it, or do you have any advice on car-related matters?

Even if your car seems okay, check the air filter and engine bay for water signs. Drive a bit to dry out more.

Hey there! It's possible that some water splashed up into the engine area, causing a temporary disruption. Since your car is running fine now, it just needs some time to dry out completely. Keep an eye on it, and if the issue persists, it should be checked by a mechanic just to be safe.

Hey, sorry to hear about your car trouble! Driving through unexpected puddles can be nerve-wracking. I remember a similar situation when I had to navigate through a flooded street during heavy rain. My car felt a bit off afterward too. It's good that your car didn't stall or resist, but sometimes water can mess with sensors or electrical components, causing a slight imbalance. It might be worth getting it checked out, just to be safe. If you need any assistance or advice, you could check out ssrestore.com for some helpful tips.
