Chrysler 300c Platinum
Yes, yes, yes, I know this is a Dodge Charger forum.
Let's get that out of the way then, shall we?
I have been challenged by a good friend and veteran to participate in the 2023 Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour.
I have a 2017 Chrysler 300c Platinum and would like to make it a bit more *ahem* sporty.
Think I can hang with him?
He has a 2006 with a 6.1L.

Thank you Captain Obvious for letting us know what forum this is LOL. This wouldn't by chance be Jeff Paquette, CWO USCG?
As for the *** whipping you'll take from your buddy (unless he's a sh!tty driver)...............you lose just by power to weight. If both vehicles are stock, he has 425 hp in 4100 lbs whereas you have 363 hp in approximately 4300+ lbs (not including either of your personal ballast and cargo). The main advantage you have is gearing, he has 3.06's with a 5 speed whereas you most likely have 2.62's but with the 8 speed. It won't be a huge L, but an L nonetheless. If there are actual mods (real ones, not a catback exhaust kit or air filter) that will skew things.
