2016 Charger 3.6 8-speed. Are these adaptive transmissions that "learn", and can they be retrained? If so, is there a procedure to make them "forget"? Went into limp mode, took it to dealership, they said code set "loss of Communication to TCM". Since I got it back, it's not working correctly. Stuck in first gear, once. Wouldn't shift past third, once. Want to try this before getting into another fight with them. (Already fighting them on a repair after this one that I say was a problem they caused. I couldn't take the car home after the TCM repair because of a rotational clunking noise from underneath, that was not there when I brought it in.)
