Default No OBD II communication error

I have a 2019 charger r/t 5.7L. I'm getting no communication over the OBD II port and I have a flashing/blinking fuel light. I have replaced the in tank fuel pump which is working (the car drives normally), its creating pressure and the float gauge works properly (varying resistance with float position), yet the fuel gauge on the instrument panel reads incorrectly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are you using a scan tool that's worked on your car before? If not, since it's a 2019 your car likely has the Secure Gateway Module (SGM) which will either require a bypass cable or a scan tool that has a current subscription to AutoAuth.
